We are excited to announce that user roles & permissions is available now. Now you will be able to define and control access of your dashboard users.

In order to create user roles please do the following:

• Go to your dashboard then choose teams.

• Press on Roles Management then press on the Add Role button.

• Type the role name and choose the permissions you want to grant to this role, then press on create.

• Go back to members, then press on edit button next to the user you want to assign him/her to this role.

• In the role field, choose the role you previously created then press on save.

We are excited to announce that, data export is now available for transactions and reconciliations. You will be able to export your data in a very organized way without any limitations!

In order to do a data export from your dashboard please follow these steps:

• Go to Transactions or Reconciliations page.

• You can filter the data by pressing the filter button on the right side, or you can just keep the data as it is.

• To export the data, you will find on the left side export button Press on it.

• You will find download with applied filters checkbox, it will allow you to export the data with the applied filters if checked, otherwise, you can leave it unchecked.

• Press on download transaction then you will be redirected to an Export Requests page.

• Find the download icon next to each row, you can click it to download the file.

We are glad to announce that the Merchant dashboard filters are live now, filters will make it easy for you to find the data you need.

The feature will help you with the following: 

• Filter Terminal : 

You can find any terminal easily by filtering by terminal ID or status and many other choices.

• Filter Transaction: 

You can filter transactions by status, Type, RRN, Card Scheme, and many other choices.

• Filter Reconciliation 

You can filter reconciliation by Terminal ID, Status, and many other choices.

We are glad to announce the ability to determine the scheme for each terminal and the operation acceptance for this terminal from the HUB dashboard.

The feature will help you to determine Terminal Schema

You can determine which scheme card that terminal accepts and the operation can done for this terminal by going to the HUB dashboard and following the steps:

Go to terminal details -> in Profile Schemes click on Preference:

1. You can enable/disable the schemes for the terminal
2. You can also enable or disable operations like purchase, refund, and reverse.

We are glad to announce the ability to move the terminal from one merchant to another and merge two merchants in one merchant from the HUB dashboard.

The feature will help you with the following: 

• Move Terminal 

You can move one terminal from one merchant to another by going to the HUB dashboard and following the steps:

Go to terminal details -> click on change merchant -> select the new merchant > click move merchant

• Merge Merchant 

You can merge two merchants into one merchant by going to the HUB dashboard and following the steps: 

Go to the merchant page -> Click on the merchant you wish to merge -> click merge merchant > Select the new merchant -> click merge merchant

We are glad to announce the ability to set the auto reconciliations policy for your merchant's terminals by creating a new policy from the HUB dashboard.

The feature provides 3 types of reconciliation policy  

All terminals 

This policy will reconcile all terminals that don't have an assigned policy and the merchant of the terminals doesn't have a reconciliation policy

All merchant terminals

This policy will reconcile all terminals belonging to this merchant and the terminals that don't have a policy 

Terminal 

This policy will reconcile the terminal selected in the policy

Please note the policy needs to be selected at which time you need the policy to be run.

We would like to announce new NearPay app releases. 🚨🚨🚨 For security reasons please note this release is mandatory and you need to update your merchant's Payment Plugin within 3 days or payment will be interrupted. 🚨🚨🚨

SDK New Features:
1. For security propose now our nearpay SDK can deduct VPN used to protect your merchants from fraud activity
2. Now you can list all transactions and reconciliations from the SDK with the ability to filter them using start date and end date
3. We add the ability to select the preferred internet connection Wifi or SIM or both for a more reliable internet connection

Bug Fix
1. Fix security issues and make SoftPOS more secure.
2. Fix memory leak while transaction which leads to app crash after some transaction.
